I had a genetic test done through my practitioner. Thanks to this company, I’ve managed to find out a huge amount of information regarding my genes as well as my diet and lifestyle (which I thought was alright until I saw my results!). The report was very informative and my nutritionist was able to give me lots of useful advice on how to make changes to my lifestyle. I’ve told my family members to get their genes tested too, (so I can see who got the better genes.)
