Waste of time

Before paying your hard earned cash for a dna test you should consider which company you use. The reviews website they use to promote themselves cant possibly be real. Very difficult to work with from beginning to end - buyer beware!

I have never used a service like this before so I was very nervous and worried that this might be a fake website and i was throwing my money away, i was wrong.

They didn’t waste any time they took my money straight away but within a few days the DNA kit arrived it had the instructions and everything I needed once the samples were collected we sent it back to them.

I had a confirmation that my samples had been received and had been sent to the laboratory to be tested and within exactly 5 days we got the results by email.

Unfortunately they were not the results we were expecting however we trust that the results were 100% accurate I would definitely recommend this site to any man that wants to ensure that the child he is bringing up and paying for is his own, great service.

I never want to go through this again, but at least DNA Worldwide made the process as painless as possible

Speaking with them on the phone was easy, there was no question they couldn’t answer.

I got the kit straight away, doing the cheek swab was simple, and the results were promptly returned. I’ve never had any DNA testing before but this company went out of their way to reassure me.

Sadly I did not get the result I wanted but this wasn’t their fault. I would recommend them.

I found DNA Worldwide to be deeply understanding of my predicament and I decided to take their DNA test. I have recently received the results and am working with my solicitor to decide what action to take.

Took me ages to pick up the courage to do this as thought it would be so difficult to do – it wasn’t. The kit was really easy to follow, simple instructions that guided you through every step. The girl that dealt with me in the customer services team was so patient and kind and made me feel really at ease with it all. Thankfully the results showed me what I wanted to see. I bought their test because they had a comparison chart of the Top 11 UK Home DNA Testing Firms and they stood out from the competition. The fact that they test against considerably more markers for accuracy than their competitors do was the deciding factor.

The testimonials were all really positive and I did a quick Google search on the company to check on possible negative reviews (of which I couldn’t find any).

I also found their video explaining the Home DNA Testing process made the whole thing much less daunting and gave me the confidence to take the test.

The pack was clear with the ‘dos and don’ts’ and all-in-all, the forms were simple enough with clear directions and I completed everything fairly quickly. The day after posting I got a call from one of their Customer Services staff to check on the information I provided as I’d made a mistake. I was really impressed that they got in touch so quickly to double check the information and then followed up with an e-mail acknowledging the corrected information.

My results were as I had hoped for and I truly thank DNA Worldwide for everything.
